What we collect

When you send the form or text us, we keep your name, your phone number, the city you gave and what you told us about the car. When we do work for you we also keep the vehicle details, the photos taken during the job, the quote, the invoice and the payment record.

Why we keep it

To quote the work, to do the work, to bill it and to be able to answer a question about it later. A repair history is worth having and we do not delete it after a job closes.

Who sees it

The technician doing your job and the staff running the desk. Payments are handled by our card processor and we never store a full card number ourselves. We do not sell your details to anybody and we do not hand your number to lead brokers.

Texting

If you contact us we reply by text. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. Message rates from your carrier still apply.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you and we will send it. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for records we have to keep for tax and warranty reasons.
