Intake photos come first and they protect both of us. They show the car exactly as it arrived, the dents that were already there, the mileage on the dash and the state of the tires.
Work photos are the ones that matter to you. The cracked boot. The scaled brake line. The old pad next to the new pad. When we say a part failed, the picture is already on your page and you did not have to ask for it.
Our system will not let a job close without intake photos on file. That is a rule inside the software, not a habit somebody has to remember.
