Quotes

A quote is good for 14 days. It covers the parts and the hours listed on it. If the car turns out to need something that is not on the quote, we stop and send you a new one. Nothing extra gets added to an approved job without your written yes.

Approval

Work starts when you sign the quote. That one signature approves the price and authorizes the listed work. The lines and the total freeze at that point.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished, by card from your job page. Parts that have to be ordered specially may need a deposit first, and that deposit appears as its own line.

Warranty

Labor we perform is covered for 90 days. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives them and we pass that through to you. A repair you declined and a part you supplied yourself are not covered.

Access and safety

Mobile work needs somewhere safe and legal to work. We will not lift a car on a slope, in traffic or on ground that will not hold a stand. If the site is not safe we move the car or we reschedule.

When we say no

We will tell you when a repair is not worth doing on a car and we will decline work we do not believe in. That is a feature and not a fault.
