A good inspection is not a sales sheet. It is a plan.
We split what we find into three groups. Urgent means it is not safe or it will strand you. Coming soon means it has months left and you should budget for it. Fine means we looked and it is good, which is worth saying out loud.
Anything in the first two groups gets a photo. You should not have to take a stranger's word that a bushing is torn when a picture takes two seconds.
Then you choose. Do the urgent items now and leave the rest. Do everything. Do nothing and take the report to somebody else. All three are fine with us and none of them get a phone call trying to talk you round.
