A real quote from a chat
The chat window asks the same questions we would ask on the phone and ends with a real drafted quote rather than a call back form.
At a glance
- It asks for the year, the make, the model and the symptom
- It runs the same intake our staff run over text
- A tech reviews every draft before it reaches you
- No account and no email wall to get through
Most chat windows on repair sites collect your number and promise somebody will call. That is a form wearing a costume.
Ours does the actual intake. Year, make, model, engine, mileage and what the car is doing. Those are the same questions our staff ask over text, running on the same rules, so the answer you get at midnight matches the answer you would get at noon.
At the end it drafts a genuine quote against the real labor rate and the real part costs. A person checks it before it goes out, because a car can surprise you and a quote nobody read is how customers get let down.
There is no sign up and no email gate. Ask, get a number, decide.
Tell us what the car is doing
Text a photo and your location. You get a real answer from a real person, whatever the hour, and a written quote before anybody touches anything.
